Dzięki technice gotowania w słoikach słodycze utrzymują swoją świeżość w temperaturze pokojowej przez 12 miesięcy, zachowując całą swoją pulchność i aromaty bez użycia konserwantów. Jedna babà wystarczy na 6-8 porcji. Po wyjęciu należy ją pokroić na równe części. Możesz ją podać np. z mascarpone i solonym kremem pistacjowym. Aby otworzyć deser, odwróć słoik wieczkiem do dołu, pozostaw Babà w takiej pozycji na 20 minut. Po tym czasie otwórz wieczko.
